hurrican lamp identification

We are trying to identify a white milk glass hurricane electric lamp with flower design on the glass. it has a bronze colored metal base with the number 3001 stamped on it. unfortunately i could not figure out how to add a pic to this post. if you can help me with adding a pic to the post that would be great. otherwise, if you are a lamp expert please send us an email at harleynatenv@yahoo.com and i can send you a pic. thanks.
