I will be immediately remodeling the whole house, and need to decide on what size recessed lighting to use for Kitchen, Bathrooms, Living Areas and bedrooms. In the last remodel we used 4" MR16 in 10-12 foot ceilings throughout except for the bathroom where we put in 6" cans

Now 12 years later on another house, I am not sure which route to take. The MR16 in the B/R did not put off enough light, using the highest wattage 75w bulbs, but times have changed

Would you suggest I go with 4" and use led's or just go with 5" or 6" cans?..
