| My GC recommends 100 watt, 120 volt Westek Xenon pucks every 12 inches mounted to the front underside with a light rail molding. We’d get a Xenon strip on a separate dimmer for our sink area. This is not task lighting. We already have pendants and overheads for tasks.
I saw them in the showroom and liked the color and didn't detect heat. Just thought I’d run this reco by the Lighting forum before I comply. Thank you very much in advance. Janet |

| It's nearly impossible to do a nice clean job installing 120V under cabinet puck lighting, to code. You'd likely be much better off with a linear modular fixture that has a junction box. He may have suggested 10 or 20 watt rather than 100 watt. |

| I'm not a fan of puck lights. I'd recommend standard under cabinet lights. |
