Hi there. I'm faced with an odd problem. We installed the attached ceiling fixture as part of a bathroom renovation several years ago. The good news is that it took years for the bulb to burn out and need changing. The bad news is that we now can't figure out how to open the fixture to change the bulb, and we can't find a record of the brand or manufacturer.

I know the picture isn't great, but there are several clips around the fixture that look like they would need to be pulled out to get to the inside. Problem is, they aren't budging by hand or if i try to wedge a screwdriver head in to pry them out. Ideas? Is there a special tool I need for this? Anyone recognize the make?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
