| I've found a bathroom fixture that's exactly what I want, from Lighting Universe. I called today to order two of them, only to be told that these fixtures cannot be returned for any reason other than damage -- he said they "build them to order." That sounds like nonsense to me -- these aren't high end lights! However, I'm unfamiliar with the brand, and if they turn out to be flimsy or cheap, I hate not to be able to return them.
Anyone heard of them? Link below shows the fixture I'm considering. |

| Not sure what you ultimately decided. I just had a similarly unfortunate experience with Lighting Universe where they will not return a light because I tried it out. To quote their service dept... "their manufacturer can tell if electricity ran through the wires". Web site claims "hassle free returns"...don't believe it... |
