Toro Lightstyle Systems Landscape Lighting?

Posted by Ralphxyz (My Page) on

I need to do some landscape lighting along my brick path of course I do not want to spend much money so I picked up a Toro Lightstyle Systems controller/transformer at a yard sale.

Does anyone have a user manual for the Toro controller?

It works but the PCB switches are horrible they "work" but so far all I have gotten is ON/OFF I have not seen the timer actually work or the manual dimmer.

Would I be better off just throwing away the Toro circuit board and making up my own microprocessor controller board?

I wonder about the quality of the transformer. It is a heavy one probable 3 or 4 pounds. It does get quite hot.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Thanks,
Ralph
