lexmomof3 - I second davidtay's link - I printed off that partiular thread and one other about "LED continued" and read them multiple times, highlighting as I went through. There is lots of good information and guidance in both threads - it just takes a while to absorb it.

I can't help you with the details, just wanted to tell you that you are smart to have them installed. My neighbor did that, she had at least 7 or more in her dining area and kitchen and in the living room. I wish I had done that. I hate exposed light bulbs.
