 o
Desk Area Under Cab LED lighting?

Posted by pbx2 (My Page) on

We have a desk area (command center) around the corner from the kitchen by the mudroom that has 2 upper cabs ~64"W x 11"D

Would like to put dimmable LED lights under the cab with a dimming switch near by.

Have electrician ready to go but he doesn't carry any LED lights.

QUESTIONS:
1) What is a good vendor online to get sale & service advice?
2) What should I be focused on when making under cab LED selections?
3) What is something to be aware of or don't forget to do?

Appreciate any feedback.

The led ucl thread and continuation have more info.

The first thing is to figure out whether you'd be using line voltage or low voltage lighting.

Sites such as environmentallights.com, superbrightleds.com, ... Would be good starting points.
