Low profile can lights

I have a 2X6 sloped ceiling which is insulated and with no attic space. I was wondering if they make a fixture that can be mounted in this tight space with no ventilation such as a recessed style? I think the heat will keep me from doing this unless maybe using a LED bulb would help. Any suggestion to this matter?

A standard 6" can is 7.5" in height.

A 4" can - 7" in height.

A 2" can height ranges from 4.25" to 5.5". This would be low voltage lighting.

Perhaps a different form of lighting would be more suitable in this case?
