New ideas for closet lighting

Typical closets, 5' wide, 2' deep, with 4' bifold doors... traditionally, these would have the single bulb fixture with pull chain. Is there a newer cooler idea for these? Perhaps something wide that distributes light across the closet instead of just in the center leaving the ends dark? Deciding where to put the elec boxes now, to accommodate some options later... front and center like usual? Any suggestions on fixture models or things ppl have done? Of course it should be LED.

There are LED closet rods.

Why should it be LED? Just put a 32W T8 linear fluorescent in there with an occupancy sensor, programmed-start ballast and a lamp with great CRI.
