Who can help me design my kitchen lighting?

Hi, this is my first post, and I am currently building a home. I am having some trouble figuring out where to put my recessed lighting, mainly because I like symmetry on the ceiling....and of course the kitchen isn't as symmetrical as I'd like.

This is what I've come up with so far. The kitchen is pretty long, around 27'6' from far right wall to end of breakfast area. The long wall is 15'6'. I plan to put extra recessed lights in the breakfast room, also since it's 12' long. I have 3 pendants over the island, as you can see in diagram.

The light near the range is giving me the biggest headache. The other problem is the light near the sink. I had planned to have another single recessed light above it, alone.

Here's what I came up with so far. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Here's a 3rd alternative...moves the light away from sink.
