Without having physical dimensions in the diagram, it is difficult to tell.

The easiest thing to do is to ask your architect if the lights in the kitchen can meet a certain light requirement (for example 35 lumens per sq ft).

You may want to have the lights closer to the work areas rather than being centered along the corridor between the island and work tops.

It depends on what you like. Personally, I have six 800 lumen LEDs over my 7.5' x 3.5' island, and it is not too much. I also have quite a few more 575 lumen lights in the kitchen. All are on dimmers. You have about as much lighting as my pre-tearout kitchen, and that was just okay. Since you don't have under cabinet lights on the window side, you should move those two lights to be pretty much over the edge of the counter.

If this is supposed to be pretty complete, I notice that you are missing some power receptacles through the house.
