| Has anyone used recessed tracks for lighting in a kitchen (see link below)? We are on the first floor of a 14 story building and have firring strips covered with sheetrock over a concrete 8 ft ceiling so other recessed lighting is not an option without lowering the ceiling - which I don't want to do. I am not a big fan of tracks so this seems like a good compromise if it is doable and not too costly. Any other suggestions?
