Thanks. I listed my square footage because it looks like there is a difference for homes over 2500sf. It 'looks' like they can be on dimmers instead.

Do CF lamps count as high efficiency? We have cans with CF bulbs in them.

Yes, if they are the right type which is 4 pin plug in style. Retrofit types that screw in and out are not acceptable.
