Kitchen Recessed Lighting

Hello. I have a 10' x 13' kitchen and would like to add recessed lighting. Right now there is a centrally located fixture that can either stay or go as well as one recessed light above the sink at the end of the room. (These are the circles in the attached picture.) I'm wondering what size lights to use and how many to put in? Any reason not to use standard housing/trim with LED blubs versus full LED housing/trim kits if I want to go the LED route? Thanks!

Do the pricing of the separate pieces vs the integrated.
eg -
Separate pieces
1. Housing/ Can
2. Trim piece (eg - Alzak) - typical cost > $10
3. Cost of bulb

Integrated
1. Housing/ Can
2. Lamp module (eg - CR6).

The cost of a CR6 today is the same as a Cree BR30 at HD.

The integrated module will arguably provide a better air tight seal.

There is a long running thread on this forum on recessed LED lighting for kitchens.

Summary
1. number of lights depends on the lighting level desired.
2. final location of each light depends on whatever is above the ceiling board - joists, hvac, plumbing, electrical, etc.
3. UCL (under cabinet lighting) should be considered as part of the lighting plan.
