Replacing Halogen 50W PAR 20 Flood

Hello, I am trying to save few buks and avoid continuing changes of my recessed light. They are in June boxes and quite hard to change. Any suggestion on a more efficient solution than an Halogen 50W PAR 20 Flood? Thanks
