Recessed LED's for powder room

We have a powder room that is 62' wide, and I am planning to use only LED recessed lights. The reason I opted for recessed lights is (a) the frame of the mirror I have extends 6' out from the wall, (b) I am installed a textured wall tile on the back wall that I want to highlight (see link), and (c) my space is contemporary and I like the clean look.

I bought 3 4' LED fixtures and lights (HALO). Should I use all 3 or just 2? They will be the only lighting.

How far out from the walls (back and side? Remember I want the light to highlight the wall.

I would use a gimbal to highlight the walls. and regular for use lighting. Havent researched gimbals much, so I cant tell you the best placement. Good luck!
