The paper is down. The walls will be treated with venetian plaster and will be tan"ish". The cabinets and floors will stay the same for now. The parimeter countertops will be absolute black, the island will be brand new - antique black woodwork with a Juparana Classico granite top. Island appliances to be black, builtin oven to be ss/black, cooktop to be flat black induction, frig to be SS. The area above island contains a steel beam. There will be a pot rack centered over the island and some sort of lighting to each side. The light over the kitchen table will be moved to be centered over the table. LOTS of natural light during the daytime.

Please advise as to lighting - we have contracted with someone to put in under and overlighting, 6 cans, two pendents and two accent cans over the bay windows, but I don't know if that is adequate or where the cans should go or what size cans to use.... Ack. Thanks in advance.
