What Dimmer to use?

I purchased the Canarm RN3NRC1BPT6C Recessed Lights - they come with GU 10+C 50 watt MR16 bulb.

My question is simple - is this bulb/fixture considered a low or high (line) voltage? I have other MR16 halogen bulbs in my kitchen and outdoor lighting but the pin configuration is straight, not with knobs on the ends.

I want to use a total of 12 of these wired together on one switch but I am not sure if I am supposed to use a special "low voltage" dimmer (electronic or magnetic) or can I use a standard incandescent type dimmer? I read that these bulbs are considered 120 volt and I am concerned about noise/hum and getting a dimmer properly rated with enough headroom - I used some track lighting previously where the switch got super hot!

Thanks in advance for any help!
