I am going to have to replace my old Maytag washer and dryer. I would like to ask what is the best washer and dryer (electric). I have heard the LG line was good but I don't know anyone that has one. Our old Maytag was a front loading washer and the door seal was mildewed so badly you didn't want to put anything in the machine (never did find a way to clean it that worked). The washing machine could be a front loader but the door seals would have to be "cleanable" no more mildew! The units should have a "pedistal" since my wife is tall. Would like high capacity (bigger load for washer and dryer), delicate cycle, and a stainless tub.
