Is there a way to restore clothes damaged by OBAs?

I've been really lazy about laundry lately and have been using Costco's Kirkland Signature laundry pods. I recently noticed that some of my daughters bright clothing (Hanna Andersson) looks quite faded. I'm guessing it is due to the optical brighteners.

Is there a way to restore the clothes, removing the faded and dusty look from the clothing?

Also, suggestions on what detergent to use for colored clothing? I'd like something with enzymes and was thinking of going with Cheer powder.

Thanks in advance!

You can try washing them and adding white vinegar to the water. It might help remove some of the dull look. And Yes I would use Cheer Powder.
