| I just got off the phone with Bosch and have a service call scheduled for next week. I have a 10 month old Bosch Vision Dryer (WTVC5330US) on which the door seal is shreded (see photo). The Bosch representative told me this is the first she had heard of this, but I find that hard to believe. On the botton side of th...e door there is a plastic guide that rides on top of the raised guide just behind the shredded gasket (see photo). The gasket gets shredded because it sticks up higher than the guide and gets pinched every time the door is closed. Looks like a bad design.

| Other than this, how do you feel about your Bosch? Do you have the matching washer? Do you like them? I've heard some people really like these machines. That door seal looks bad. Let us know if Bosch takes care of it for you. |
