The replacement (but may depend on if you got just the u-joint or the u-joint+leveler kit) should include a small tube of grease which is to be lightly coated on the drive shaft before the u-joint and leveler are set in place. The u-joint itself doesn't call for any additional lubrication. The seals must also be replaced (large pink o-ring under the u-joint and six grommets under the inner dome for the bolts).
