Amana front load washer nfw7200tw

It seemed unable to spin and kept making noise but nothing was moving . Was stuck at 9 minutes. I removed all the wet items and tried to set it to spin only but it did not spin. No error messages.
Thank you for any feedback. The machine is about 4 years old.

I did a search and found a site suggesting a " master reset " which worked. The washer will now spin again.

We unplugged the washer, then plugged it in again and opened and closed the door several times in rapid succession.
