I noticed that it fills at a trickle on cold and warm. Check the hot and cold flow (separately) via diagnostics. If water flow is weak then either 1) the respective valve is bad, or 2) a debris screen is clogged in the hose connection port on the valve or at the supply faucet (if screens are there).
I ran the diagnostic and got an error code of 52 -diverter valve error. Fault 52 is caused by water draining (when it shouldn't) during the Eco Active recirculation phase which triggers refilling to compensate ... OR can be related to the fill rate being excessively slow causing a water level top-up to take longer than expected ... which goes back to your first point. It's normal for one water level top-up to occur during Eco Active.

I did investigate the flow rate and the cold is the only one that trickles, the hot is ok. Water is not draining when it shouldn't. I checked the screens and they looked ok. Thank you. I hope it is just the cold water valve causing the problem.
