maytag maxima 9000 f/ldr washer soap dispenser problems

I have a 1 year old MAYTAG (#MHW9000YG0) front loader. I really like it. It works well. It has stopped dispensing the liquid soap however, in the last month. Instead of requiring it to be filled with liquid soap every 2-3 wks for our family's laundry needs. I open it to find it filled to the top w/ sudsy water. The water is back flowing into the soap dispenser. I've had this happen 3 different times after emptying it out. Anyone else have this problem? I think it's time to call for servicing.
