LG TROMM spilling Bleach help 2 ruined outfits!

Hi,
We've loved our LG washer and drier (TROMM sorry don't know model but are white with stainless steel rims on doors) We've had them 3 going on 4 years now and my wife is frantic because of two ruined outfits due to bleach spilling from the dispenser onto the floor somehow during the cycle. Once it happened this summer and we didn't have any idea how the clothes got ruined (turned out there was a small puddle on the floor under the front of the washer and our daughter sat in it) Today the same thing, a small puddle under the washer and of all places our daughter sits in it.
Any idea why we would have an intermittent problem with bleach leak? How could it be leaking only intermitently? Could there be a plugged tube, or maybe an alignment problem with the drawer? It seems like if we call for a repairman he is not going to be able to find the problems since it is an intermittent one.
Anyone else hear of this or have problems like this? Any help would be appreciated!

I don't use bleach but noticed on my LG when I used liquid soap, there were soapy splatters on the side of the washer too. I think it is because when the water goes in it is under pressure, at least in my case, and it just got out in little droplets. I adjusted the water pressure and it was better. Now I'm using CS only.
I would just wach closelly as the water filling up to see if you can see or feel anything splatter out before you call for serice.
