Call Speed Queen directly at 1-800-552-5475 and ask them what they have, or might be working on. They are super knowledgeable. And, as I understand it, the DOE will be requiring even more restrictive water and energy use around March of 2015 so some machines may be taken off the market, or significantly altered. It is possible they will soon have a machine that will meet your needs.

A lot of machines already meet the tightened standard, but a Speed Queen rep told me that a couple of months ago that the machine I was looking at would be altered after about 3/1/15. I hope to be able to buy it BEFORE the change. I am not familiar with CEE requirements, but below is a link to what the government will be requiring next year. Maybe it will help you.
