| I will hopefully be purchasing a Bosch 500 set this weekend. Not sure where to buy from...
Local guy has the set for an amazing, unadvertised, unwritten price - but no returns. Lowes has it as well, and it seems they are more willing to accept returned merchandise. I am worried about vibration with the Bosch. So is paying $100's more worth the ability to return it? And is Lowes really that good about returns, or is that different from store to store? Thanks so much for your help. |

| I don't know about lowes but we went and got a whirlpool duet from menards and I called the next day about a dent and they offered me a new machine or a credit and I opted for the credit since noone can see the dent anyways. |

| Did the dealer say why he had a no returns policy on the set? For me, that would be a red flag. I have found that local dealers usually have more leeway in customer service policies and therefore usually have better customer service in general. |
