| Zanussi ZWF 1021W washing machine.
This three yr old washer started to display the 'door open' light and refused to operate. I had a new door interlock installed. The problem continued. Sometimes it worked, but only on certain programs. Then it ceased working competely. Plug / fuse is fine. Ring any bells? Any suggestions? Mai Lynch |

| My suggestion would be to try a British forum. I don't think many Americans will know the Italian brand Zanussi. Other than that, see if you can get the company who installed the new door lock to replace it under warranty. Alex |
