Need Some Help

My towels are smelling musty a few days after washinhg them,we do have very hard water with sulfer smer;llany ideas what I can do??

What part of the State you live in?
Florida has that sulfur smell and it hard to wash out.

If you're on well water, you may need to have your water treated/purified.
My town in Upper NY is on well and treated.
My brother in the next major town over is on well too, but he had to have a water treatment installed on his line and water is good to drink and wash with.

Find out from your municipality if the water is treated!

You are between a rock and a hard place.
For right now you can add Borax and 1/2 cup of ammonia with your detergent to cut the sulfur/musty smell.
