My AEG washer has died and we're looking for a new set. One of my requirements is thermostatic temperature control, 30C (86F) for cold, 40C (104F) for warm and 50C (122F) for hot.

My local appliance shop is selling the new Maytag Maxima XL (6000) at an unbeatable price and I wanted to know people's thoughts on it.

According to the sales guy the machine has thermostatic control but I couldn't find any specific temperature information on Maytags website and thay haven't responded to my email (yet).

I'd appreciate any thoughts or suggestions.
