PC Richards and Sons - extended warranty Service Reviews

I'm thinking about getting a washer and fridge from PC Richards, and buying their extended warranty service.

I'd like to hear from anyone on their service with PC Richards's extended warranty service? I've read some negative reviews online, but that could be because people with bad experience tend to complain, while happy customers tend not to do reviews. So I want to get a fair view on how their extended service is.

I have been very happy with my extended warranty. I just had a new pump installed on my kitchenaid dishwasher. The unit was just 3 yrs old. The tech came on time, listened to me, inspected the machine and ordered my part. A few days later the repair was made.

Definitely consider the washer. A motherboard can be a very expensive repair.
