Confused Washing machine

Hope someone can shed some light. Just moved in the last 60 days and I moved our washer and dryer myself. Both Sears HE2 machines. I used the spacers and bolts for the washer to prep for shipping . Now the washer seems to work sometimes but not all. I have had f-20 fault codes which is not enough water and it seems ok, did nothing. Now the bleach compartment wont empty, washer does express ok but not extended cycles. Did I break something or is there a hard reset? any help before I call for service. jeff

Check your hose screens to make sure they aren't partially blocked. Also flush your water pipes before hooking the hoses back up. Your issue is classic of obstructed water flow

I have the Whirlpool Duets, and when we first moved I kept getting an error code indicating that the water was restricted. We had just had a new well drilled, and for the first month there was gunk plugging the water intake to the washer. We had to keep cleaning it out.
