I guess so. I counted 19 ingredients for Ultra Tide HE powder and 14 for Ultra Gain HE powder. Tide, besides oxy bleach and an activator, has one more enzyme in it.

Really a shame about thw US powders. In Europe, P&G's newest Ariel powder has seven enzymes. I think your best bet are Tide Pods with five enzymes - again lacking oxy. If your happy with Gain's cleaning power, adding oxy bleach would be a good solution for your whites, imo.

Mainly interested in a set-it-and-forget-it detergent for simplicity's sake. I guess that'll continue being Ultra Tide HE + the occasional scoop of sodium percarbonate for the whites.
