My dryer has three settings for 'Fabric Care'

My inexpensive electric dryer has three settings for "Fabric Care": Delicate-low, Normal-medium and Cotton-high.

For things like bedding, towels and work clothes which are at least mostly cotton, which would be the most energy efficient setting i.e. use the least electricity?

I do my bedding (sheets) on low and my towels on medium.

I also time dry my laundry so it comes out just shy of damp.
(Auto-dry always seem to totally dry everything).
