| One of the dealers I had requested a quote from has a brand new older model Miele pair. Are these good machines? Is this a good price? Would Miele still support or provide warranty

| I cannot speak about the how these units perform; price appears good. Acquire the serial numbers off both units; call Miele directly; Miele will then tell you when the units were first acquired by the dealer and the dealer's name who received them. Miele will honor their warranty if they are or were an authorize dealer--they will tell you the eligibility over the telephone. If you opt to purchase Miele's extended warranty (the only warranty I would purchase and highly recommend that anyone purchasing a Miele product buy) then Miele might require that you fax or send them proof-of-purchase, after you take delivery, whereby they will make a determination whether they will allow you to further purchase Miele's extended warranty.
