Tide Sweater & Pant Hanger

| What a good idea... I found Tide Sweater & Pant Hangers at Target. They are perfect for those of us who hang clothes to dry, rather than using a dryer.
The heavy-duty plastic hanger is extra wide at the shoulder and they are open (perforated), not solid, so that air flows through the shoulder area so they dry quickly without getting "bunny" ears or creases from other traditional types of hangers.
I had been using a bunch of old shoulder pads (remember the 80's???) to stick under the shoulders of sweaters and heavy tops to fill-out/reinforce the shoulders while drying on a hanger. It worked fine, but these new hangers are even better.
You can also place pants over the rod where it's wider than normal hangers, and also perferated. Once again, no crease and quick drying.
Two per pack - I think they were under $4, I'll post if that's incorrect.

| Hey Grainlady, did you find these hangers in the laundry section or the closet section? If you don't mind my asking, what state are you in? These sound interesting. Hope I can find some. |

While megan_lane may be a spammer, Henry Hanger is a real company and I have ordered from them in the past. They make hangers for everyone. All the hangers you see in the high end stores are theirs and they can be customized. I make one order a year and by next year, my closet should have all matching hangers. They also made the wood hangers in large sizes so all my jacket shoulder stay lifted and don't fall off the hanger when you take something else out of the closet. You can do a search for Henry Hanger rather than click on the link. I did not click on the link either. Henry Hanger actually has brick and mortar stores in LA and NYC Fashion district. Good luck! |

| I love these hangers! I bought two sets at Walmart about a year ago. I hang our "non-dryer" clothes on them, and I've been amazed at how quickly they dry. Wish I'd had these for years! |
