Bosch Model WFVC3300UC - Just bought on sale, would love input!

Hi all,

After heading to Lowe's to buy a lower-cost Maytag Bravos (thanks to the input on this forum!), I came across a Bosch Front Loader on clearance coupled with a Lowe's sale/gift card offer.

In the end, the total cost will be $585 including tax, which was only $85 more than the top-loader Bravos. I went for the Bosch because I wanted the internal heater for sanitation cycle (not that I specifically need that).

Can anyone give me feedback on this machine? It's not too late for me to return it, as it hasn't been delivered yet.

Also -- is it necessary that I buy a front-loader dryer to match with this, when I do replace my current dryer? Pros and/or cons to that?

I don't think it would be necessary unless you want to stack them.

Wowzer, though! What a good deal!

mbuck - you got a great deal! I just got the 500 series the beginning of Feb and I absolutely love them. No you don't have to get a matching dryer unless you really want it. However, word has it that Bosch is discontinuing their 27" laundry machines, so if you want the dryer, you need to get it now. However, that does not scare me as I have a Bosch dishwasher that is about 7 years old that is the best machine I've ever owned.

I'm sure you will be very happy with your purchase.
