Which model is your Asko? And how can you replace the rubber gasket when they aren't supposed to have any that are visible? Just wondering...

The model is #6021. The rubber gasket is around the door. When I wiped the old one with a white towel a black residue appeared. Thought we took care of the problem but is still persists. I'm running a wash right now at the highest heat. I'm not sure what else it could be.

That looks like grease, check your bearings.
