I am a lurker here for a long time. I just received my new Bosch washer & dryer. The washer is leaking in the front & running down into the pedastal--not a lot of water but enough (any is too much-right) --I have the HE detergent & used very little--less that detergent bottle states! Called & the first comment from store manger is "you are using too much detergent" NO I am not & I hate the "YOU" response. Already frustrating--I have used maybe a tablespoon in a load! they are sending man on Monday to check it out!

No way should it be leaking. I can't even see with too many suds why a leak would occur. The need to come check it.

Debbimc - Quick question, do you have a dog or cat? I know in the past w/my other front loader, if a piece of hair/fur/string got at the boot where it meets the door it is just enough to let a tiny leak occur. Check the glass and boot and make sure there is nothing there. Hope this helps.
