Washer- keeps saying not getting cold water (its on)
Dryer- does not know what wrinkle free means..

any ideas before giving away...lot of money for something that is such a headache.

What models, please?

Just noting that the OP contacted me via e-mail. The washer is an IWL12, dryer is DGGX1 ... which I happen to own those same models (except their dryer is gas, mine is electric). Possible solutions to the problems, usage tips and other technical info is being discussed off-board.

My wife hates the washer and I can see why when clothes come out after spin drying. They are all twisted and lint and soap residue remains in the creases. Many loads have to be washed twice. Words don't describe how wrinkled it leaves clothes. Model WL37T26CW2.
