need washer and dryer as quiet as possible

I gave up on Samsung. After returning the 3rd one to this store, i just got a refund and will go somewhere else to buy it. Each one had problems, and i refuse to have a machine less than a week and have to have it worked on. So, i need one that is as quiet as possible while washing, and one that will not walk when spinning. all of the Samsungs had great spins and i was impressed. But the last one had a spin prob, and an annoying rubber squeek, squeek, squeek, all the way through spin, then hard rub, rub, rub when stopping, then long rub at the end and lots of shaking even leveled. What should i get? thanks in advance, i love to come here as its so helpful.

I've got a Miele 4840 and it is completely silent except for the pump which does make a lapping sound...

My LG FL and dryer are very quiet. Our laundry room is right behind the kitchen. We couldn't close the door because of a litter box, but now it doesn't matter. :-)
