samsung washer faulty bearing

I bought a NEW Samsung wf405atpasu washer last year with a faulty bearing installed. Called Samsung and they will only pay for the replacement parts and I pay for the labor. I wonder if the replacement parts include the other half of the tub or just the bearings. How much would the labor cost?

RE: samsung washer faulty bearing

I would assume they are going to want you to use their certified techs. If so, once they notify you who they want you to call just ask them before scheduling a time. The repair shop should be able to give you a fairly close estimate.
