Need Cabrio help

I just purchased a Cabrio 5640 from Lowes. It is soooooooo noisy and loud. Is this normal? Supposedly this has the "quiet sound" package but if that is "quiet" - I can not imagaine anything louder. Please help me and let me know if this is normal. I am stunned at how loud this is.
