Equivalent Kenmore FL to Whirlpool model numbers

Hello:

Forgive me if this is covered somewhere but I couldn't find it. Is there a link somewhere that would show me EXACTLY which Whirlpool models are equivalent to which Kenmore FL models? I should note I am in Canada so some models may not be available etc. Most of the discussions are very informative IF you know which Whirpool is equivalent to which Kenmore but I can't keep them all straight.

I am thinking specifically of the Whirpool WFW8500SR and which Kenmore it is equivalent too, although a general list would also be helpfull. What doesn't help is most retailers (Canada) I look at DO NOT refer to the Whirpool as Duet and Duet Sport etc. just a model number so that confuses me even more!

Thanks for any help you can give me.

Whirlpool WTW8500 ======> Kenmore KE2T
Whirlpool WTW8300 ======> Kenmore HE2/2 Plus
Whirlpool 9150 ======> Kenmore Eliote HE3
Whirlpool 9300 =====> Kenmore Elite HE3T
Whirlpool 9400 =====> Kenmore Elite HE4T/HE5T

Hope this helps. Sears Canada doesn't have as many Whirlpool produce Kenmore models as here in the U.s. though.

Perfect, exactly what I was looking for, although just to confirm the WTW8500 = Kenmore H (K is a typo?) E2T

Thanks again, so much.

Yes, I am in canada and am considering the HE2T which is the same as the Duet Sport 8500. I believe the differences are cosmetic and maybe some slight differences in cycles. Mechanics and electronics are the same.
