washing machine hinges

Hello,
I'm looking for a front loading washer with the door hinges in the right (opposite of what you usually find). We have a house that is plumbed with the washer on right and dryer on left. The closet they sit in is not deep enough to simply switch the two (dryer vent would push it out too far)
Has anyone found such an animal?
Thanks |

| Our Asko W6222 has washer hinges on the right. Matching dryer T712 has reversible hinges. These are compact machines, but you say you have a closet. Also, dryer can vent on either side or in the rear, so clearance to the rear is minimal. |

| Electrolux can also reverse the door swing on the washing machine. You will find that most dryers can reverse their door swing, but only the Miele, Asko, and the Electrolux can give you want you want in a washing machine. That said, you may find it is not really a big deal. I too thought I needed a reversed door swing, but I have been living with my old machines in the setup you mentioned for a month now. I put a standard laundry basket on the floor below the door of the washing machine and pull out the wash into it. I then close the door and slide the basket over to load the dryer. This is really no problem at all. I may still go with the Electrolux as it has lots of things I like, but the reversible door is no longer an issue for me. |

| Thanks everyone for the help. Jeri I'm with you on the living with it concept except this is for a VERY selective client. |
