Oklahoma NG bought us a new dryer !!!

I just want to alert ONG customers to their current rebate program. They will pay excising customers up to $680 toward the purchase of a new gas dryer. Our local dealer said that when Frigidaire heard of the rebate they shipped him over 200 $1200 dryers for him to sell at $679.

After delivery; I received the rebate in a week, so all I had to pay was the sales tax !!

ONG told me that this was federal money; so maybe other utilities are offering it...

Wow, that is great. I work in Tulsa and have a condo that has a very old gas dryer that definitely needs replacing.

Is your dealer in Tulsa by any chance?

Yes,

Hahn Appliance on 41st near Memorial. Great selection and they prepared all the rebate paperwork (even an addressed envelope). You can mail the paperwork as soon as the dryer is delivered as you then have the serial number. ONG took one week to send me a check.

Hahn sold the dryer base for $99; another great price...

More advise from ONG :

Do not leave the block asking for the old dryer's model and serial numbers blank. Just make a note that they can not be found....
