Bosch front load problems

Hi folks...I am having problems with my Bosch front load washer. It shows E13 code which indicates trouble with pumpout or drain time problems. I was wondering if anyone has a service manual for a Bosch model WFMC 5301/UC/13. There are service manuals on this forum but they aren't for this model. When I use the diagnostic code P04 the machine pumps out fine indicating that the pump and drain is ok. It has been suggested to me to change the wire harness but I don't want to guess at changing parts etc. Any help would be appreciated esp. a service manual. Tried of soaking wet clothes......

Check for change or other debris in the pump clean out before ordering any parts.
