Newest messages not on top of the list?

Why aren't the newer messages apprearing at the top of the list of messages here in the forum?
I scroll down probably half a page before I see anything that occurred in the last couple days.
Is there a problem here?

I'd suggest you ask the site about your concerns. At the bottom of this page there is a Contact Us...simply click on it.

RE: Newest messages not on top of the list?

messages move up the list as they receive a response - so an older one that has a recent post will appear. In the past, many have "responded" to something that never moved just to get it off the top.

RE: Newest messages not on top of the list?

Messages without a response do eventually move down the list. A question I asked on Nov 3 is now on page 2 without any follow-up.

To easily check for the newest posts, look at the line for the follow-ups and you'll see the date of the latest post.

RE: Newest messages not on top of the list?

It is annoying....although if I had a question, I'd hate to have it bumped down into oblivion without a reply. Then again, maybe no-one has an answer. Perhaps there should be an option to sort messages by reply date.

RE: Newest messages not on top of the list?

I guess the one I am particularly annoyed at seeing so long on the top of the list is the one dated the 14th of December. There are much newer postings, that are way down the list, and feel badly, no one seems to notice them, as they are down where the middle of the month postings should be.
I realize answered ones should be at the top, the one I speak of has nothing, so wondered. Annoying to say the least!
